kept getting something like this when trying to calculate restoration. Re-started program restet model re-did margins and still came out with this. Is there any fix for this? Sometimes I get this on just a simple rotational scan.

We can't find our lab on any of the inlab lab searches. Do I need to register somewhere? and what does the Dr. have to do to send us digital imp. from his end. I'm not getting any straight answers from reps. We are registered on Sirona connect. Any advise on where to start would help. THANKS

Here's a problem I need some help on.
I'm doing emax crowns on 4,5 splinted and every time I design it as a bridge with a connector the proposal starts correct and then all of a sudden the proposed crowns rotate 180 degrees. Buccal is on lingual instead of buccal. I also designed as single crowns just to see what would happen. The proposed crown were correct!
Designed crowns have to go to infinident first thing in the morning.
Stumped....
